Adrianne Frech On Local Radio Segment
On Oct. 16, Associate Health and Rehabilitation Science Professor Adrianne Frech was interviewed on the weekly radio segment "Your Health Matters" on 89.5 KOPN. This week's segment focused on work and health. Dr. Frech talked about her research and general scholarship on why work benefits health, how unemployment can undermine health, and what social or demographic groups are most likely to have full time work over time. She also discussed the gender pay gap and how recent cohorts (Millennial/Gen Y) are different in their working lives compared with older cohorts (Baby boomers). Listen to her interview here.
