Nicole Wieschhaus is a freshman from Shawnee, Kansas. She is a health science student with a pre-professional emphasis and minor in psychology. Nicole is currently deciding between attending medical school, PA school, or going into an anesthesiologist assistant program. Nicole enjoys the fact that her major allows her to pursue all of these options without having to change her degree based on which career path she decides to take.
Besides being a student ambassador, Nicole is also involved in the service club and Mizzou Alternatives Breaks. While Nicole has previously served as a volunteer participant for MAB, she will be leading her own service trip this coming fall semester. Additionally, she volunteers at Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center as a side walker, where she works with individuals who have different disabilities. Nicole is also a member of the Pre-PA Club at Mizzou, which volunteers around Columbia and meets with current physician assistants. For fun, Nicole enjoys going to the Student Memorial Union for coffee or walking downtown for lunch.
