Lexie Chirpich is a freshman health science major with a minor in psychology from Kansas City, Missouri. She is a SHarP Scholar for the physical therapy program at Mizzou and plans on attending the PT school here after graduation. She also is a student in the Mizzou Honors College.
“I chose to come to Mizzou because of my family ties and the endless amount of opportunities available,” Lexie says. “Having my great grandmother, my grandmother, and both of my parents all attend Mizzou has allowed me to bleed black and gold since I was born. Not only do I have this personal connection, but Mizzou has provided me with so many opportunities to aid me in my career path, allow me to join new clubs, and make connections that will last a lifetime.”
In addition to serving on the School of Health Professions Student Ambassador Leadership Team, Lexie is a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, Bluford Hall Government, and volunteers with the Mizzou Adaptive Gymnastics Program.
