Let’s Talk Showcases MU Community’s Generosity

Earlier this week, the MU School of Health Professions (SHP) Department of Communication Science and Disorders hosted the 7th annual Let’s Talk fundraiser. The event was held at the Columbia Art League and all proceeds benefit the Robert G. Combs Language Preschool & MU Speech & Hearing Clinic. The event raised more than $35,000 in total, including contributions of $5,000 from the Columbia Valley Scottish Rite, $10,000 from Bobby Campbell, founder and former CEO of Good Wizard Productions, Adkarma, and Division D and $15,000 from Division D. The funds will aid the preschool and clinic in their mission to ensure access to quality care for Missouri families.
