Five OT Faculty Members Selected to Present at AOTA Summit

The SHP OT Department will be well represented this fall at the 2017 American Occupational Therapy Association Education Summit in Fort Worth, Texas. Five members of the department's faculty have had their submissions accepted and will be presenting at the two-day summit. The submission process for presentations requires a literature review and a summary of the submitted topic and why the topic is important to the profession of Occupational Therapy. The submission is then peer-reviewed by 3 reviewers and receives a rating. If the rating is high enough and the topic is considered timely and appropriate to the conference, it is accepted for presentation.
