Dr. Hume has been involved with anti-human trafficking efforts at the local, state, and national levels. She served on Missouri’s Human Trafficking Task Force, co-chaired the American Psychological Association’s Task Force on the Trafficking of Women and Girls, and currently serves on the Human Trafficking Subcommittee of the Missouri Supreme Court’s Combating Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence Commission.
