Postdoctoral residency opportunities

Health Psychology faculty are committed to postdoctoral training in neuropsychology across the life span.

Neuropsychology residency

The department offers a 2-year postdoctoral residency in either pediatric or adult neuropsychology. Our program is a member of the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN).

For additional information about residency training in clinical neuropsychology, please contact Dr. Eric Hart (adult neuropsychology position) or Dr. Michael Mohrland (pediatric neuropsychology position).

Autism-focus residency

We also offer an autism-focused position. Fellows will participate in interdisciplinary health care diagnostic teams, supervision within a tiered model, and a wide variety of clinical and didactic opportunities to develop advanced competencies in the specialty area of ASD. Children seen include those with neurotrauma and other neurodevelopmental disorders, though the emphasis is on children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families.

For more information about the autism-focused fellowship, please contact Dr. Connie Brooks at brookscm@health.missouri.edu.
