Instructional Design Specialist, E-Learning

Current position

The instructional designer provides pedagogical and curricular consultation and design following accepted online design standards such as Quality Matters.

Work daily with individual faculty in the Department of Health Sciences on course planning, content development, and hybrid and online course deployment. Develop and implement methods of teaching that optimize student access and increase learning.

Create and implement methods of accessing student learning in traditional and nontraditional learning environments and compare assessments for various pedagogies. Showcase teaching methods, building support for more effective teaching that increase both learning and access to educational materials.
