The Mizzou Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound program annually reports its outcomes to the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS). Outcomes include, but are not limited to, retention rate (at least 70%), job placement rate (at least 75%), and credential success rate (at least 60%).

The MU DMU program is proud that our students consistently exceed both the JRC-DMS outcomes standards and the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) global pass rates for the Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) and specialty certification exams.
