School of Social Work seeks Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor

Aug. 6, 2021 The School of Social Work in the School of Health Professions at the University of Missouri (MU) invites applications for individuals interested in coordinating Field Practicum experiences for students. The position is for an Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor which is a 12-month, 1.0 FTE Ranked, Non-Tenure Track appointment. Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a Master of Social Work (MSW) and 5 years post MSW social work experience, including experience with field education, specifically as a faculty liaison and/or substantial supervision of social work students in field placements. Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to teach practice and clinical courses as well as a comfort with teaching online classes. Strong written and verbal skills are necessary.
